Who am I?
I have always believed that art comes in so many forms so I studied different mediums: from fine arts to digital.
In 2013, I graduated with Nitec in Interactive Media Design where I learned about design fundamentals, basic CSS and html coding, as well as graphic design, making me proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. I moved on to study Diploma in Digital and Visual Effects, graduating in 2016. There, I was able to learn of Video Editing, Digital Art and Visual Effects which were all taught on both Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and my good ole buddy, Photoshop where skills greatly advanced in the process.
In 2015, I started my internship in a production house where a whole other skillset was needed: video production.
In Big 3 Media, I was exposed to a lot of new specialties and jobs which allowed me to learn so much more than I ever thought I would. The smaller part of my experience was more of learning more about Video Editing, Graphic Design and a touch of Colour Grading. Mostly, I was being trained to be on the field and actually shooting. They had me join them full-time where I was mainly doing 1st Assistant Camera roles and sooner or later, I was leading my own team as the Director of Photography.
Besides the things that I did pick up in school, for myself as a creative, I delved hard into music photography as well as making sticker and shirt designs of my digital art as a side hustle.
After 8 years in the film industry, in 2024, I decided to step out of my comfort box and give myself a chance to grow in another way. I am currently doing freelance videography, photography, video editing and design while I continue to tackle learning new skills.
